First Impressions Home Staging

This condo in Coquitlam had been tenanted. The old carpets were removed and replaced in the bedrooms.  A floating floor replaced the carpet in the living areas.  Countertops, sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms were replaced and the whole suite given a fresh coat of paint.  All the renovation work was undertaken by 3Q Contracts except for the flooring.  We then staged the suite and cleaned up and replanted the little patio garden.
